1. Market Control: Tailored Offerings for Global Buyers
Our new “Market Control” feature empowers brands to customise their pricing lists and collections based on specific countries. This targeted approach means that collections can be launched in selected markets, allowing only buyers from those regions to browse and order the products. This strategic market segmentation ensures that brands can maximise their impact where it counts most.
2. Enhanced Order Status Management
We have significantly improved how sellers can manage order statuses, with enhanced capabilities to track payment statuses and fulfilment processes. The order status has been divided into three interconnected, independent stages, offering brands finer control over their sales workflow. For instance, for future delivery orders, a brand can mark the payment as ‘partially paid’ upon initial buyer commitment and update the fulfilment status as the products begin delivery.
3. Refined Product Management Interface
BLANC’s product management interface has undergone a complete overhaul to improve usability for brand managers. The new interface makes it simpler to create product variations, set sales rules such as minimum quantities per variation, and add SKUs for effective stock synchronisation. This overhaul is designed to streamline the process, making it more intuitive and less time-consuming for brands to manage their inventories.
4. Optimised Event Pages: Connecting Trade Shows with Online Presence
Recognizing the importance of physical events in the sales strategy, BLANC has introduced optimised landing pages for trade shows and showrooms.
